In this installment of the Executive Summary, read about the Supreme Court of Delaware affirming the denial of coverage under a run-off exclusion, an exclusion for the disclosure of "confidential or personal information" that bars coverage for a BIPA claim involving the collection and disclosure of handprints, a capacity exclusion that bars coverage for a settlement involving a director's self-dealing while acting in a dual capacity as a shareholder and director of a non-insured entity, and more. #Insurancehttps://lnkd.in/eqFdQK82

Many domestic industries and workers across the United States will consider this to be an important victory, as it ensures that the Department will have the necessary legal tools to address distortions in the Vietnamese economy when calculating dumping margins. #Antidumping #InternationalTradehttps://lnkd.in/eYdjN-d6Stephanie Bell Alan Price Tim Brightbill Nazak Nikakhtar Alex W.
